Use this page to request deletion of your CBS Educare account and associated personal information. This page is public and does not require login.
To protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests, we may verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
Deletion may not mean the immediate deletion of every school record. Certain information may need to be retained by your school or by CBS for legitimate educational, legal, regulatory, accounting, security, or record-keeping purposes.
What happens next
- You submit this form and receive a reference number.
- CBS Educare or your school verifies the request (mobile / ID match).
- After approval, applicable account data is deleted or anonymized per policy.
- School administrative records may remain as required by law or school policy.
What information may be deleted
- Your CBS Educare login account (username / user ID and password).
- Profile details you entered into the CBS Educare app, such as your photograph, contact information, preferences, and app-generated activity linked to your account.
- Personal information associated with the account that is not part of a school's permanent administrative records.
What information may need to be retained
- Official school records such as attendance, examination results, certificates, fee records, admission records, and other records maintained by the school may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law, regulations, school policy, or legitimate educational and administrative requirements.
- Information that must be kept for legal, regulatory, accounting, audit, security, or record-keeping reasons.
How to submit a deletion request
Complete the form below. After you submit the request, you will receive a unique reference number. CBS Educare or your school will then verify that the request is genuine before deletion is processed. Please keep your reference number.
Information submitted through this form will be used to process and verify your account deletion request.
We may retain limited information about the request for security, fraud prevention, legal, regulatory,
audit, and record-keeping purposes.
