    • ERP software licensing

    • Maintenance and support
    • Training and consultation
  3. User Responsibilities
    • Users must provide accurate information when registering or interacting with CBS Educare.
    • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
    • Users must use CBS Educare only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations.
  4. Payment Terms
    • All payments must be made as per the agreed terms in the service agreement.
    • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods outlined on the invoice.
    • Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services.
  5. Licensing
    • CBS Educare grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software.
    • Users must not copy, modify, or distribute the software without prior written permission.
  6. Limitations of Liability
    • CBS Educare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software or services.
    • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the software or services in question.
  7. Termination of Services

    8. CBS Educare reserves the right to terminate services if users violate these Terms and Conditions or fail to meet payment obligations.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellations
    • Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to educare@educare.cbstech.in.
    • Cancellations are subject to the following terms:
    • Before Implementation: Full refund minus any administrative charges.
    • After Implementation: No refund will be provided, as the software is considered delivered and accepted.
  2. Refunds

    3. Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

    • If the service is not delivered as per the agreed terms.
    • If CBS Educare fails to address significant issues reported during the service period.

    Refund Process:

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
    • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after approval.
    • Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
  3. Non-Refundable Services

    4. The following are non-refundable:

    • Registration fees
    • Domain registration fees
    • Customization or integration fees
    • Training and consultation fees
  4. Force Majeure

    5. CBS Educare is not liable for delays or failures in service delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
